Coal Vaults

Coal Vaults is a new restaurant and bar located on Wardour Street in Soho, housed in a historic space that was originally used for storing coal. The venue has been restored and transformed, featuring five separate vaults for semi-private dining and an intimate bar and dining room with a capacity for 100 diners. The menu focuses on high-quality, ingredient-led cuisine and features small plates paired with cocktails. The bar offers home-infused blends and a selection of wines and beers from local London breweries. Founded by entrepreneurs Simo and Andy, the establishment is led by Chef James Knox Boothman and bar manager Jerome Slesinski, with menu consultation from Chef Magnus Reid.
