Hostingley Farm Free Range is a family-run business with over 30 years of experience in producing high-quality Christmas turkeys and geese. They are dedicated to the highest standards of animal welfare and produce free-range birds in a traditional manner. The turkeys and geese are specially selected slow-growing breeds and are allowed to mature fully, resulting in a special flavor and texture. The birds stay on the farm from day old to oven ready, grazing in paddocks and fields with access to shelter. They are fed naturally on grass, grain, and specially prepared ration with no additives or growth promoters. Licensed humane processing is carried out on site, eliminating the need for long-distance live transport. The birds are then hung in chilled facilities for a minimum of 10 days to enhance their flavor before being prepared by hand.
