The restaurant also serves craft beer, cocktails, wine, shakes, sundaes, and a variety of hot and soft drinks. The establishment prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients and offers lunch specials during the week, as well as a Big Plates menu in the evenings and on weekends. Founded in 2014 as the Splendid Sausage Company, the restaurant has since evolved to encompass a wider range of American and British comfort foods.
